Week 6 is upon us and it's gotten here rather quickly. We're at the halfway point of the fantasy season and things are starting to take shape within the league. Which is actually strange because the match-ups with every game this week, is exactly how I see the playoff bracket at seasons end. And that is also the way the standings are currently. With that said, lets get to the games...

Week 5 brought us The Killers @ The Ringers. This was a nail biter for most of the weekend. Eventually The Killers pulled away Sunday evening. These two see each other again very soon and more than likely again in the playoffs. I smell a future rivalry with these two. Of course I run the Killers and Bert runs the Ringers. Bert is an awesome fantasy player and I have much respect for his game. He brings it every time. No matter the injuries and byes. The Ringers take on Team Pham in week 6. This is what I think will be another potential playoff match-up. I'm taking Bert in this game. I like his match-ups. I think he has the upper hand in this one. But NEVER sleep on Team Pham. They are the #2 scorer in the league and they just put up 206.5 points this past week which was a league season high. If you blink, he will crush you. Bert knows this. He'll get it done. Ringers over Pham.
Team Pham saw Team Dirty last week. Like I mentioned before, Pham went into psycho mode this week and blasted 206.5 points. Dirty had 120.8 himself and would've beaten at least 4 other teams this week. Bad luck playing Team Psycho (Pham). Dirty will pull some wins together and it may start this week. He's got the Purple Knights coming to town which are currently in last place. Injuries and byes have effected the Knights and Dirty this season. This game could honestly go either way. They both have question marks. I think Dirty has a very slight advantage in Cam Newton against the Saints. So I'm take Dirty in a close one.
The Knights went up against Dez this past week and the outcome was a shock to me as well as a few others. Dez pulled a victory and the Knights struggled scoring only 87.8 points. Just nasty. Bad week for the Knights. Hopefully they have some luck this week against Dirty. Week 6 has Dez at Team Kennamer. Kennamer got his first win this week and it's VERY possible he goes on a two game winning streak. I'm predicting this. Team Kennamer gets an easy one.
Team Kennamer beat The Stars week 5. Another shocker this past week. I did not see this coming though I know The Stars were having some issues at quarterback. I think they've got that issue fixed after picking up Stafford off waivers Wednesday. I've been saying watch out for the Stars. And it only gets crazier from here. The Stars have The Silverbacks coming to town this week and the Backs are on a two game winning streak. I think this match-up is awesome and I also think these two see each other in the playoffs. I can't wait to see how this one plays out. As of right now I have to take the Backs as they are coming off a huge win and seem to be on a mission. Close game but The Silverbacks get a dub.
The Siverbacks had a huge game last week against the #2 team in the league. They came up big with 170.8 points in which they needed against a high scoring VATKA team. But they got the win and seem to be rolling along nicely. VATKA takes on The Killers week 6 and this is another future playoff game. Of course I like my Killers in the match-up but I'm certainly not taking VATKA lightly. He will bring it and do all he can to bring the Killers down a peg. No one in this league would love giving the Killers their first loss more than the owner of VATKA. He will bring the house. But it won't be enough. Killers stay undefeated.
So there you have it guys. Week 6 has some amazing match-ups and I really can't wait to see how some of these turn out. You guys have a great weekend and I'll see ya on the other side. Don't forget you can check out the standings and daily notes @HOME and FACTION pages. God bless and take care.
