State of the Faction; Round 2

Round 1 for The Red Zone Faction came to a close with #4 Dez defeating #5 Team Pham and Jeremiah's #6 Silverbacks getting a very convincing upset over Bert's #3 Bellringers. Congratulations to the final 4 teams!

Game one brings us the #1 Dream Killers against #4 Dez. These two have only met once this year and that was on week 8. The final score of that game was 106 - 105.8 and would be the closest score the Killers would see and at that time the only time the Killers were possibly staring defeat in the face. The Killers would take a loss in the final week of the season to the last place Purple Knights but best believe the Killers have not forgotten week 8. Dez is on a 3 game winning streak and has not felt defeat since week 11 against Team Pham. Dez got their revenge this past week defeating Team Pham in the first round. Now looking at this match up it looks as if The Killers should get the win but Dez is no walk in the park here. They're a winning team and they have the horses to send the Killers to an early off season. Of Course I'm taking my Killers because I always do but I'm certainly not overlooking Dez this week. He's earned the right to be here. It's anyone's game.

Game two brings us the #2 VATKA against the #6 Silverbacks. These two have already seen each other twice swapping victories. On paper VAKTA should win this but these two were battling over second and third place for most of the season. The Backs had a skid towards the last quarter of the season but here we are. This is a great place to be for both teams. Can the Backs get this dub when it counts the most? I'm really looking forward to this one. VATKA has my pick because I like his match ups AND Gordon is out. But just like the other game this one could go either way. Jay has the horses to get it done.
