Alabanga Week 13

Well we're here fellas. The LAST regular season game of fantasy football for 2018. And DAYAM if there aint some big things at stake this week. We've got 4 teams (Scott, Travis, Anthony, and Mike) all battling last 3 spots in the dance. Who will be the odd man out? But most importantly, will the 3-peat champ not make the playoffs??? Oh I'm watching that game this week FO-SHO! And that's the first game we're gonna get at today. Let's get it!...

#8 Bombers @ #6 Soldiers

One game and 16 "points for" is all that separates these two. Travis has stayed middle of the pack all year while Marc has had a tough road. In every league the poor bastard that drafted Bell has had it tough. Travis came into the season with a huge target on on his head and the catch phrase "beattravis", given by his arch rival caught fire with a few and hence, we've watched him struggle this year while folks he called "garbage" have been somewhat successful, at least to this point. These two guys are pretty even on paper this week. And that is NOT good news for Travis. He needs this win if he wants a shot at defending his title. I'm looking at these rosters and I like Travis's just a tad more. He's definitely done his homework for this one. Travis wins a tight game.

#3 Haterz @ #10 Hoggs

This one is easy. Flip is having arguably his worst season ever in this league while Allen is having arguably his best season ever in this league. Allen wins by a lot.

#2 Ma-Home's @ #5 A-Team

Let's be honest. Anthony needs this game. Sam is locked in but is playing for that top seed. Anthony needs it more. Plain and simple. It's a must win. Out of the 4 teams playing to get in, Anthony leads in "points for" by a small margin but only about 50 points or so. Sam is tough and deserves one of the top seeds. But I think Anthony kicks Sam in the nuts this week on the way into the playoffs. Anthony wins this dog fight.

#4 Killers @ Bell Ringers

This one is going to be close. Scott is in a must win right there along with Anthony and Travis and all of them are playing tough games this week. Bert is having another tough season here. He's playing for pride right now. I know he's going to bring every ounce of strength he has left against me. Pride wins.He gets the win and possibly knocks me out of the race. DAMNIT MAN!

#7 T.D's @ #1 Insaino

Game of the week you said? #7 vs #1? What? Sounds strange eh? Nope. Not in LTA. Mike is on a 3 game winning streak. He's been putting his opponents in the "ass whoopin of the week" spot and he's not done. Jd has earned the spot he has but just like the others with the * by their names he's beatable. Look, if Fournette was playing I think this would be an easy pick for Mike. Without him I still think Mike can win. It will just be a bit closer in the end. Looking at these rosters its wild as to how similar they really are. And how far apart they've been in rankings all year. I think Mike has the edge on RB's by a small margin but enough to get the dub. I do think this will be the closest game of the week!
